hey guys give me your input please. Im 5'10 230 im looking to take 200mg of test en every 10 days as well as 40mg of anavar every day starting after my 3rd shot (ill be taking anout 8-10 shots total). I know u gain weight using test but, I really dont want to put on that much weight. Do u think I will gain a ton of weight on such a low dosage? If i cant get ahold of any anti estrogens what could work in place that i could get from like a gnc. Also cold the test make me faster and improve my vertical if I train sport specifically?

what part of your yearly training cycle you in? pre season, competyition?

what is your position? lineman, wide receiver ? diffrent positions diffrent needs

what is your current 40y, shuttle test time, vert, power clean?

..cant know where your goin if you dont know where you are!

Im in the off season phase now. I have to sit out for a year. Im a runningback just looking to cycle the test e and anavar. My best 40 is 4.67 electric. shuttle is a 4.1 and im looking for all these to improve as well as my vertical. 200mg test e per week

Personally I'd bump the test to 500 mgs and do it 250 mg twice a week. Test need to be injected a min of every 7 days not ten. Anavar is very week @ 40 mgs and not worth the money. You would be better off using 500 mgs of test and dropping the Anavar. This will save you a lot of money and you'll also see better results. Anavar needs to be run @ 100mgs ed to be effective.
