Hey guys, on trt (200mg) and hgh (4iu) right now, this is my first cycle. Am competing in Armwrestling and want my cycle to focus on strength. Was thinking of alternating every 4 days between:
anavar oral (every 1st and 4th day)

TNE (every 2nd day)

anadrol inj (every 3rd day)

Might throw in a 10 week cycle of npp/deca and another 250mg of test somewhere within the 6 months to prep for a comp.

Have Cardarine to counter some of the lipid effects of anavar and tudca 500mg daily and NAC 1200mg for liver health


Would love some advice.

Definitely throw in bpc157/tb500/hgh for joint and tendon health/repair along with whatever else takes ur fancy for a strength stack. First time ever on that particular combo myself and it's highly effective. A casual search will throw up many threads saying similar. Wish I had found it long ago.

Have never used deca myself but it was always the go to for joint health over the yrs before the advent of various peptides so I imagine it could only help with a strength building period where ur probably going to be performing multiple max lifts as part of ur prep.

Dbol/adol are very reliable strength builders aswell (presuming there are no weight classes). Var while effective, never gave me anything like the strength gains of dbol or drol even when I took high doses. Helped cardio and ease of movement alright when i was trying to stay under a particular weight but it wasn't in the same league as dbol or drol for raw strength. A certain amoumt of water weight with dbol or drol was always a given but it helped keep joints lubricated for pushing heavier poundages.

The use of var and Cardarine suggests u might be trying to keep to a certain weight class. I'm unfamiliar with Cardarine in the context of it's effects on lipid profile but I have used it for its endurance enhancing effects and it works very well for that purpose. Less tired in progressive sets, cardiovascular performance is certainly enhanced. Running times become significantly better, rounds become noticeably less taxing.

I'm sure there are many here that could chime in with something more specific to ur sport. Above is my own experience with some of the compounds mentioned.
