help with diet after long cut

hi guys can you take a look at my diet and let me know what you think. i have been cutting for along time and training and diet has taken over my life. been over training big time. i want to just maintien where i am for abit then in a few months start a very lean bulk.

i put on fat easy was 21st when i was 16 so i keep carbs low and no milk or any dariy

curent stats

6 foot
13st 12lb
7%bf

meal 1 50g oats 12 egg whites

meal 2 50g oats 12 egg whites

meal 3 180g turcky loads of veg carrots lettues tommots peppers

meal 4 180g turcky loads of veg carrots lettues tommots peppers

meal 5 15 egg whites loads of veg carrots lettues tommots peppers

meal 6 180g -200g turckt chick lean beef 100g cashwas


training at the mo is everyday 2hrs + cardio weights 3hrs as you can see i have got traped inthe more is better mind frame and want to start tapering it back slowly.

training for now will be 1hr of cardio everyday mod intensity bike or cross trainer

weight 5-6 days a week upto 2hrs per session
and after a few weeks of this back it off more again i have treid to cut it right back but its to bigger change at once and i frecked out. i need to taper it back slowly

First thing I would do is take two weeks off of gym and go out and have some fun. Go do some outdoor activities! Second thing is add some variety to your diet. Add some seafood and beef, maybe some lean pork. Do not be afraid of carbs, they are not the enemy. Put some spice into your food, it's boring. When you return to training go cardio 1 hr 3-4x's a week and train for no longer than 90 mins max. do one body part per day and take the weekends off. Overtraining you say, that's an UNDERSTATEMENT!
 
thanks for the help oldfella theres no why i can just take 2 weeks off. i find it hard to take just 1 day off. as i say im going to have to taper bk slowly over time. i know this is not the best way but to much at onec will flip me out as it has in the past.

as for dite can anyone help and tell me how much i sould be eatting pro carbs & fats if i was to have time off say a few days and not gain any fat. want to maintaine my current stats for abit while i get my training scaled back to where it sould be. so how much would i need to eat to not go up in weight if i was just to sit on my ass all day

Your body is in an overtrained state right now. You need to take the time off to allow your body to get back to normal. Get it out of your head that you are going to blow up like the pillsbury dough boy!! It will not happen. But unless you take a break your body will respond fairly negatively to whatever you try to do. Protein should be 45-50% carbs 25-30% fats 15-20%. You really need to take a break and stop stressing. The body does not work like you think it does. The rest will rejuvenate you and your system and you will make some good gains after your break, as long as you do not overdo it again!
