I'm no beginner to weightlifting but it's the dieting part that fucks me. I've tried several times, several different ways. To start with I'm 5' 10" and 183 lbs. I cut my calories and exercised over the summer and got down to 165 but I still looked like a pile of shit...I lost so much weight and got discouraged because I didn't look cut or even close to it, I don't understand. I started recently back on deting, eating 6-7 small meals a day, drinking water, protein, green tea, oatmeal...
All I need is a little guidance and specific details. I wanna maintain the muscle that I've built and continue building but burn more fat...I appreciate the help.
