Alright well here's my current diet as of right now. I just wanted to post it and I wanted you guys to tell me exactly what you would change, cut out, or manipulate from this plan. I just would like an opinion from everyone about what THEY would do. Thanks!
60g. Whey
3/4 cup oatmeal
Tuna Sandwich on Wheat/20g.whey
40 or so g. of protein worth of chicken on two slices wheat.
More chicken or Tuna
PWO: 60g. Whey/water 40g. of simple sugars
2-3 tbsp. Natty PB with 30g. Complex carbs
Pre-bedtime: 60g. Whey/ milk
Alot of Fish oil, glutamine, Creatine included too.
So what would you guys do, say if you wanted to diet down for a contest using the above? -StOrY-
