Help with dilution

Hey guys quick question...i have 10iu green tops and I'm looking to draw 1iu a shot using 100iu insulin pins..now for my first bottle I added 1cc of water..and was drawing out 1.0iu marker on my pins forgetting these were 100iu pins.. Now this would mean I was receiving 10iu's a shot correct?? Or am I mistaken ..I'm trying to take 1iu a shot...now by putting in 1cc of water how much am I drawing out on each single line with the 100iu pin??

According to my 100iu pin.. 100iu's=.5cc correct?
If so this would mean that by me adding 1cc I diluted my bottle creating a half ratio?? Meaning for every iu i would in theory only be recieving .5ius??

No how do I go about receiving 1iu a shot after this? Would that mean I woul hve to be giving myself 2ius to equal 1? Because I'm sure by me taking the 10 units(mistaking the 10 for =1iu and actually it's 10ius)on the insulin pin that would mean I was actually takin 5iu's after the dilution, yet I was incorrect and should be only taking 1 line equalling 1iu not the 10 marker..

Soo for my next bottle what should I actually be filling it with??

And I have basskil calculator but I'm not sure if It converts iu's and ml..if not does anyone know of a site that does??

if you add 1cc water then draw to mark 10 that is 1 iu.

Thanx bro that's what I thought until I went to work and had someone telling me I was wrong and they made me really confused...good looks I can alway count on everyone on this site to help each other out
