help with gut

Hey guys, im 21 years old, about 250lbs, 12% BF, I used to be a fat fuck and lost alot of fat and gained a shitload of muscle, but it seems im losing fat everywhere else except my gut, I dont really drink beer or alcohol, Ive been watching my sugar intake as well, the cardio is good but could be better, anything I can take that will help lose fat from my gut?

bigriz,I was at 29%bf and I have brought it down to 10%,but seems
like it's in the mid and hips.Diet is good and doing cardio,weight training
5 times a wk. So I have come up with this, I lost most of my Bf by running
So I think I'am going to add it back in my training plus do more abbs.

About as good as your going to get for fat loss.

Also whats your height?

What AAS do you currently take? 12lb in just over a month I suspect that fat is not necessary the prob maybe quite of bit of water.
 
sometimes if you were real big it could be extra skin. if you have seen those shows like doc 90120 people who have lost a lot of wait can be left with some extra stuff that has to be removed with surgery.
 
12lbs in maybe a month in a half is not unusual for me, yea maybe a little water but im pretty hard all around just my gut has some extra fat.
 
yeah you may well be pretty lean but you might be holding extra water around your areas that have more fat, making it look maybe twice as worse as it is.

I lost over 150 pounds and am fairly lean now, I could take a big guess as to why you still have a gut. This gets a litle complicaed i will ry to keep this a short as possible

I have noticed that most people have a trend to greatly underestimae bodyfat. When one gains alot of weight fat cells actually multiply in number not just size some one that is 400 pounds may have 10 times the number of actuall fat cells then someone hat is 150. Lets say that 400 pound person loses 250 pounds and is now 150, they will still have 10 times the number of fat cells as the person that always weighed 150. As you lose weight he cells simply deflate. their makeup actullay changes fat tcells are hydrophobic(water-fearing) in nature but they are no perfect. deflated fat cells draw in a different amount of water then ones that are full(non previously obese) they are physically less dense. Every fat cell also has a lipid bilayer, this lends the property of keeping fa cells further seperated(this is one of their functions) then usual.

the importance behind this is two fold
1.any measurement of body fat is based on certain mathematical formulas, he density of your fat cells are different hen somone that has always been lean, You will have an extremely hard time getting an accurate bodyfat measurement. 250 at 12 percent, means you are the size of a house, or 6'5
2. Your fat placement and consistency(hard or soft texture) and appearane will be very different hen someone that was never heavy, you may ge to 5 percent bu the tiny amount of fat you have will still be soft and will all gather in one spot(usually the stomach).

I recommend you continue to lose weight, not only will your gut shrink, even though all your measurements go down, the lower the body fat the bigger you will look. If you are 250 at any average height and truly 12% you should really consider competing
