Hey guys, im 21 years old, about 250lbs, 12% BF, I used to be a fat fuck and lost alot of fat and gained a shitload of muscle, but it seems im losing fat everywhere else except my gut, I dont really drink beer or alcohol, Ive been watching my sugar intake as well, the cardio is good but could be better, anything I can take that will help lose fat from my gut?
