(1) Dont just practice vaccuums for 15 minutes once a day. Adopt the vaccuum as your every-day, 24/7 posture, like your a fat kid walking down the hall at school. Always, always, always keep that thing sucked in.
(2) Smaller portions spread out over more meals. Not because it's beneficial for metabolism. Its not. But because smaller volumes of food allows your entire digestive track to shrink.
(3) Wear a very tight waist trainer sinched tight around the lower abs for 30 minutes a day
