Lower gut “pooch”

(1) Dont just practice vaccuums for 15 minutes once a day. Adopt the vaccuum as your every-day, 24/7 posture, like your a fat kid walking down the hall at school. Always, always, always keep that thing sucked in.

(2) Smaller portions spread out over more meals. Not because it's beneficial for metabolism. Its not. But because smaller volumes of food allows your entire digestive track to shrink.

(3) Wear a very tight waist trainer sinched tight around the lower abs for 30 minutes a day

(4) "butt ups" on the incline bench
 
Nice! Is this something you need to do on a regular basis?
My skin is a lot tighter everytime I did it. So, you approve from before, but keep in mind your skin will age every year.
 
This works on skin elasticity?
Yes. There is a few methods that work. They are coming out all the time with new and approved machines. They are non-invasive and no down time. I did RF microneedling. Ultherapy works too. Here in Romania it is a fraction of cost of USA though.


 
Yeah age is deff a factor, i started getting a small "pouch" of fat there as i got above age 35.
 
I just want to point out one more thing. 15 years ago the average age of this board was probably around 30. I would venture a guess that now it's over 40. In fact, there are quite a few in their 50s and well into their 60s.. and dare I say some in their 70s. So, interesting the problems that seem more common. Now look around yourself at the normies that don't do this lifestyle, wikes!! All we have is a little pooch and a few worn joints, all addressable. BBing kicks ass.
