help with supplement timing

i have cytogainer and methoxy-pro. i usually drink one in the morning before i work out, one post workout, one @ 3 pm, and one before bed.

i am not sure which drink to take at which time. i am about to start a bulking cycle.

personally i'd take the cytogainer post workout. more carbs and calories. im not familiar with any of these products but it makes more sense to get the higher carbs post workout, plus its got more protein per serving. are the carbs sugar or from other carb sources?
 
ya cytogainer post workout, unless ure gonna use a isolate/dextrose or waxy maize mix post workout, then id roll with the cytogainer before. I havent used either before as well, but if those are the only two supps u plan on taking, i would do what ironfreak suggested. keep workin hard and keep us posted bro.

Take the Cytogainer throughout the day (with meals and in between meals by itself if you are bulking).


If I am not mistaken Cytogainer uses a complex carb as its carb source, which would not be ideal for PWO consumption (PRE-workout would probably be a good idea though).


Stick with malto or waxy maize or some other quickly absorbed carb for PWO.


As for the other product you mentioned, I have no experience with it.
