Can someone please help me?!?

I am usually pretty good with tech stuff, but I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to get a picture embedded into a thread. Tried the "copy" and "paste", no good! Tried the "clik and drag", no good...

I feel like a spaz all of a sudden!
