Hemp or CBD oil for sleep

I smoke CBD weed, basically weed with no THC, for sleep. It relaxes me alot but you have to find good shit I order minde from Dr. Strains it took a while to find a high CBD strain. I also smoke regular weed but not for sleep.

CBD didn't seem to improve my sleep. For myself I am not a believer in the hype of CBD. There are definite benefits but they are vastly overblown.
CBD has helped with headaches and it helps with anxiety only when I use a vape pen. Drops under the tongue seem to be only marginally effective. I am not into vaping culture and they kept breaking so eventually I just dropped the activity altogether.

Efficacy to cost ratio for myself is not good.

If someone has info for high quality cbd that is low in price I would welcome hearing about it.

Cbd is not going to sedate you and PUT you to sleep. Rather, it helps calm my racing thoughts. I don't bother with cbd oil. I get cbd-rich hemp (readily available online and legal) and either smoke or vape it.

+1 I recommend the flower itself, if possible. For me, the cbd industry is too tainted to trust anything but the original product

Edibles are good in states where they are legal, and there is quality control. My 79 y.o. Mom takes a gummie that is 5mg CBD, and 5mg THC, and cuts it in half. She takes half the gummie every night and says she hasn't slept so well in years.

Yes I smoke a lot of CBD flower.....I also smoke a lot of weed (I live in a state where it is legal) IMO.....smoking CBD flower is more effective than the drops or pills... because of how quickly it's absorbed in the body. When CBD is smoked or vaped, cannabinoids are sent directly to the lungs and are rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream and put into circulation throughout the body. now u won’t get a head high from just CBD but it should give u a nice sense of relaxation along with easing anxiety.....I personally love mixing both CBD flower with regular THC flower.....that combination makes me sleep like a baby even on contest prep!

The flower for sure. I’ve found edibles to be hit or miss. Some have had me wasted while others didn’t do much while impacting the person next to me. I haven’t smoked in over a month which is good because I have a drug test coming here in the weeks to come.

CBN allowed me to get off of 50-100mg of Benadryl without waking up 100x in one hour. This was I believe a 5mg CBN + 15mg CBD blend (no THC).

How are you doing the tinctures? I've been making my own THC tinctures by using concentrates and heating it up to 270s until the bubbles stop (to decarb). Then adding in some MCT oil for 30 mL. I've read that THC degrades into CBN so I've heated it past the point of bubbles stopping. I'm starting to test that one out for sleeping.

Delta 8 flower I have now is nice and sticky, I love it for sleep and also calms the stomach and appetite is great.

i have tried only 3 cbd cartridges.

this one was the best by far.

really organic. but it cost me 60bucks where i bought it. id rather smoke the thc when i can get it.

Tons of places have good CBD flower. That is the only CBD product I have tried and it works well for sleep. I try not to use it for too many days in a row as I feel its habit forming for me.

This. I hit the vape 2x when I need a good night's sleep works like a charm. Or if I wake at 7 am on weekend and want to sleep in till 10.

Just buy CBD isolate and make your own tincture, dermal.
CBD isolate is DIRT CHEAP.
The mark up on these finished CBD products is crazy.
$1/gm at most reputable places.
Can probably buy from Chinese sponsors for even less.
