Why in Society is Botox accepted but steroids are not...Has botox been around long enough to know the effects of getting a bunch shots in your face and lips on a regular basis.

Just got me curious cuz I just heard an add for botox on the radio " we have botox for $10 a unit"...Botox is cool but hell no can anyone take ephedrine, and protien well they are working on making that harder to get now too...Creatine OH dont even think about taking that posion...Pretty soon we will be relying on centrum and plastic surgery to look good...

I agree man, people think Bodybuilders are vain becuase we try to look "better" than the average person as far as a physique goes. What about these damn people that have dozens of plastic sugery procedures. Same thing IMO....

Bro what about tobacco, alcohol...The surgeon General warns you about the hazards on the labels, they have commercials showing people with holes in the throats and people speaking months prior about cancer they have due to smoking and then display the years of the individuals life and death years. How many deaths a year a attributed to drunk driving? Yet these products are taxed by the government. I happen to know an agent who juices. He said that a majority of the agents feel that steroids are a waste of time. Crack, meth, and oxy are the problems. There are not even that concern with weed as long as it is not large amounts....Go figure....

You've been quicker than me with the tobaco. I'm not trying even to think how many victims cigaretes are doing each year ,while the governments colecting quietly the taxes, compared with zero confirmed deaths from aas.

Shoot, I have a training business in Scottsdale. I see it all. In fact I'm dealing with a client that I care for and want to see succeed. This client had plastic surg.(mainly lipo and implants) and was under for 6 hours! Not exactly a minor surgery. Not to mention the cost. I can't hardly get this person to committ 2 hours a week to training. What's crazy, is to what lenghts people will go to, to cut corners. Put in the work first.

I'm with ya. Or the silicone breast implants that got recalled because they were exploding in womens' chests... The list goes on and on.

I don't think roids were that big of an issue until the whole baseball thing started going on. I mean prohormones weren't even discussed until Mark McGwire started using them. I never understood why everyone has been so gung-ho against it all. Makes no sense
