Is there an app or something that will allow me to limit folder sizes? I see disk quota management... no idea how it works but maybe there's something to that...

I'll need some specifics. Is the quota needed on a file server or workstation volume? If it is a Windows server, which version of server? I believe you told me you were running 2003, but is it R1 or R2? Hopefully you are going to say R2 because it would be built in at that point and you will not have to purchase anything. And the funny thing is, that active quota tools and services are uaually expensive to purchase if they are of a reputable brand and it is usually cheaper to purchase an upgrade from R1 to R2. If you have R2 here is an easy setup.
