heres osme good tri exercises

also alhtough ot listed here, trust me give reverse grip benches on a smith a try, probably best exercise there is for them, u have to be in a smith though, and the bar should graze ur nipple line andand be pushed out so the bar is being pushed away from u not over u, also take a wider then shoulder width grip, the widest u can go on with as much wrist pain as tolerable is the proper grip
 
i concur as with my injury i could do pressdowns and shit but no poressing movements and the tris have suffered

now that i can use targeted COMPOUND movements for tris they are getting back into swing

also COMPOUND bi movements are very effective as well

small muscle groups and isolation equates to small muscles!!
 
I like reverse grip bench with the smith machine.....
 
Everytime I do close grip benches for about two months straight, progressing in weight every week, I notice a definite increase in tricep size. Skullcrushers are for sure one of my main tricep exercises, and I like to throw in two-arm single-dumbell extensions behind the head (is there a real name for this movement? :confused: ), because I can power up the weight and go real heavy.
