Okay - I'm really not new to powerlifting. I've never considered myself a powerlifter but have used many of the training techniques.
You guys throw around a bunch of acronymns that are greek to me. Some are pretty straight-forward and others?!?!
Are my assumptions correct?
SQ - squat
DL - dealift
(those were no brainers)
ME - maximum effort?
WR - ?
