I am new and I'm about to cycle Oxanabol- similar to var but says its 4x's stronger-- so I'm gonna take 5mg--
I don't want any gains but do want a firmer look--
My diet is as follows--
Meal 1- 1 egg
5 egg whites
4 oz turkey breast
Meal 2- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 serving Trader Joe's Soy Protein
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed meal
Meal 3 - 1 serving Optimum Whey Protein
1 oz Raw Unsalted Almonds
Meal 4 - Small chicken salad
Meal 5- 6 oz canned tuna (in water)
Meal 6- 1 serving Optimum Whey Protein
Training about 5 -6 times a week- no I'm not lifting that much- 2 days are just 1.5 hrs of cardio
I finished clen/T3 recently and hate the bloating it left and I also noticed some upper body gains I didn't like - I think it may be water weight
so I'm on ECY at the moment
Can I continue to take ECY for energy boosts with Oxanabol?
Also when's the best time to take Oxanabol- on an empty stomach- at night, morning?
