Hey guys, Getting ready to start HGH for the first time, so looking for advice/personal opinions. Have researched it, but like anything, nothing seems to be written in stone. First of all, I'm 58 years old, been working out for 37 years, competed in Master's competitions. I plan on utilizing HGH in combination with AAS. So, how do you feel about the 5/2 regime as opposed to every day? Is the best time to use HGH first thing in the morning on an empty stomach? How do you feel about divided doses? Plan on starting with just 2 IU's, perhaps increase at a later date. Thanx in advance for any info.
 
If you feel sleepy all day after taking it in the morning then take it before bed and sleep it off..

List your goals, what you hope to obtain from the hgh. Protocol has alot to do with what your trying to achieve...

Well, my main objective is to gain as much lean mass as possible. A additional benefit would be overall well-being, tendon and joint relief, etc. I've always read the HGH works best when used in combination with Anabolics.

Taper the hgh up, but you want to end up at I'd say 4-5iu a day. Any higher and your raising your igf levels to unsavory amounts. At your age, it would depend upon how your natural HPTA is before I would recommend AAS. Everyone wants to gain pounds and pounds of LBM, but realistically, pick one: You want to gain mass or lose fat. You can focus on gaining mass first, then go into fat loss mode, but acheiving both concurrently to any significant degree is extremely hard and unlikely for us lay people.

Dose your HGH PWO on heavy training days, and first thing in the AM in the fasted state, perhaps following up with cardio immediatley thereafter. Toggle your approach as you become more familiar with how your body reacts with rHGH.....
 
Just play with it man. You will get many different opinions.I like PWO myself.

The only certainty is find good GH and start very low and titrate slow
 
Thanks guys!!! Appreciate everyone's input. Will start out with 2 IU's, then increase over time to 4 IU's. Will keep everyone posted with the results.
