HGH and severe CTS pain

Been using GH (seros) for about four+ months now. I'm using 6iu eod, started at 3iu. Any fat I have is dripping right off me and I'm seeing amazing results thus far.

Anyway, the pain I'm having is only on my wrists, right below where the thumb forms on the insides of the hands. My lifting gloves/straps don't do shit and I'm finding myself unable to perform all of my workouts with effectiveness. My guess is because I'm holding too much water in my wrists.

So my question is this, if I apply ice to my wrists before my workout, will that help with the swelling/pain?

I'm also running test, mast, and winny. I'm using .5mg of adex ed. If I bump the adex up to 1mg ed, would this help drain/dry out some of the water I'm retaining?

I really don't want to lower my dose yet but the pain is getting bad, so I'm looking to see if there is a way to help cope with CTS instead of lowering the dose. Thoughts?

Thanks!
/V

my own (of course fictional charachter) experiences, bumping up the AI will not directly reduce the water retention caused by the GH. Most GH water retention, in what i have read, is caused by an increase in aldosterone and not estrogen (hence no need to up the AI). Drugs used to decrease aldosterone IMO are just throwing more fuel on the fire and could ultimitely cause more problems.

i never had problems with wrist swelling during a workout however i woke up with sever pain in my wrists and hands most every night during a higher run. i found that wearing gloves that bring the hand back stretching the wrist (used for CTS) helped a lot in this matter. wish i could help more but i feel it's either deal with it or drop the dose back some.

Guess I'll try and tough it out a while longer, if I still can't deal with it, I guess I'll have to back the dose down. If anyone has any other suggestions on how to deal with CTS, I'd like to hear them. Thanks!

I have a suggestion. Quit jacking off so much!!! LOL. j/k. On a serious note. I've had cts in the past before and I went out and got myself a wrist support like the ones that pro bowlers wear. I keeps your wrist straight and stable so that it took some of the pain away. This might work for you as well. Hope this helps.

I'll go check them out, do they offer more support than lifting gloves? My main problem is when I open and close my thumbs.

Try these:

I was going to get these, as I had CTS.
I started going to a chiro who does the Graston technique, though, and my CTS cleared up so no need for these.

It's come to the point where my driving is effected, my wrists cramp up. I'm dropping down to 4iu eod...wonder how long it would take to see (if any) improvement, or will I have to lower it even more. This sucks.

i used to work hrt bro..your complaints were prob the most common i got from gh users..best solution is drop it down .5iu/day at a time til you can deal with the swelling
