i dont get much of anything out of it off cycle but on gear it works like a dream for adding a few pounds last cycle i put on a few pounds about the 3rd week in i added it in and put on another 5 over 6 days id say go for it
I like to throw a little creatine in with my post training cocktail. I keep a shaker bottle with protein, creatine, glutamine, and ultra fuel (simple carbs) in my gym bag. As soon as I'm done training, I add water and then shake it up and drink. This helps me recover more quickly from training. About an hour later, I'll have a solid post work out meal that includes sources of protein and complex carbs. Post work out nutrition is something you don't want to neglect.
