I personally like to split my dose on non training days, using 3-4 iu in morning and 3-4 iu in the evening, why i do this is because i find using first thing in the morning it really stimulates my appetite for the day and by using at night it tends to give me a better sleep.
on training days though i use it Post workout in combo with slin and IGF
Curious, since you mention that you use it at night, what's your take on this:
Your doses of HGH should always be spread out and never taken at bedtime. The human body does the most HGH secretion—natural HGH secretion—during the first couple of hours of sleep. There is no need to take your injections then. It is also true that the half life of HGH is only two hours. To take this at bedtime would be to waste the injection.
I found that on another board. I've never heard of that before, so it made me raise my eyebrow a bit.
I did have a friend tell me that he didn't have any issues finding it hard to sleep, but at any time he'll wake up "alert".
I cycle the way I use HGH! I'll "pin" 2 iu's in the am and 2 iu's 6-8 hrs later but NOT PWO! Then I'll switch to 5 iu's PWO (3X week) and 4 iu's the following morning (I workout in the evening)! Then I'll switch to 9 iu's PWO only (3X week)! Each "cycle" lasts ~4 weeks.
myall and STEEDA69, to both of you, do either of you have any of the common side effects others are experiencing? It seems many start experiencing hand/feet pains and some numbing issues at around 4+ IU daily.
I am not claiming to know anything about anything, but I have a very experienced friend who has been body building since the 80s (he also competes), and he says that he himself wouldn't use much more or any more than 5 IU per day, and suggested not any more than 2 IU per day for myself (based on various factors we discussed). He mentioned that 10 IU per day and above is generally considered very high dosage, and the potential side effects are much greater, depending on the individual, obviously. I realize he's just one voice here, so input from others is greatly appreciated.
Also, to all out there, is there any general "rule of thumb" for consideration of HGH dosages that any of you go by for specific age and body weight/style range, short of having your HGH levels tested? I guess what I'm asking is, where do you come up with your levels of dosaging, short of seeing an endocrinologist?
Of course I understand that any info given is not meant to replace a physician's advice, and so should anyone else reading this thread.
Thanks!
