well here we go again in Pattaya

heat is killing me , too much party too but September is my month off of hard training and diet so it was time to have fun with my best friend

I love this country

Hey Mike, Make sure you drink plenty of water. That humidity will drain you real quick. Sounds like fun though, party hard and send us some pics!!

yeah humidity is terrible here and so is heat actually

I've never trained there but I walked in and checked it out once - seems pretty nice. I've trained at Universe Gym on Sukumvhit, and then a little tiny kickboxing gym further up on Sukumvhit.

how many days are you there mike?

if you get tired of the commercialisation, grab a flight to samui and take the lompryah ferry to kohphagan- there is a small beach in the north called bottle beach you can only get to by water taxi. one of the most peaceful and nicest beaches in thailand...

moonlight hotel currently, 2 minutes from walking street

it is a new hotel here, nice rooms and 650 baht / night so pretty cool

I have been to Koh Samui 3 years ago, one of the nices place I have ever seen .... AMAZING

Been to Kohphangan too, I believe this site is protected by WWF, I coud not believe my eyes when I was there ... quiet .... nice beach ... paradise on earth
