high dose HCG

so I want to run a higher dose pct , Opinions are appreciated

the day after my last injection 500iu hcg ED for 2 weeks
weeks 3-4 clomid 50 mg am / 50mg pm and 750iu hcg ED
week 4-6 drop pm clomid and just one dose 50 mg am with 1000iu hcg ED
week 5 letro @ 12.5mg Ed for 7 days

At week 6 drop all but the hcg @ 1000iu ED and start a new run

as always opinions are welcome

I am on 9000 iu per week for hcg monotherapy and feel great. Doc prescribed.

Yeah 9000 seems pretty high then again I'm not a doctor, how many weeks does he have you using that dosage for?

Have you been using HCG throughout the cycle or are you just starting now? Everything I've read about HCG suggests that it would hinder the HPTA from reaching homeostasis, and as such it seems counter-productive in a PCT. I've always enjoying using it during a cycle to prevent testicular atrophy, and I continue dosing it in the 2 weeks before PCT, but stop as soon as I take my first dose of clomid or nolva.

true, HCG itself also shuts down FSH/LH. it synthetically mimicks one of these (cant remember which one). youre still shut down while taking it.
taking HCG BEFORE starting PCT might be a good idea (at LOW dosages), however HCG as part of PCT is a stupid concept and very counterproductive

very interesting study, thanks for sharing.
so 1000iu a week (split up) is essentially enough to nearly completely replace natural testosterone production.. wouldnt have thought that this works out to such a degree at relatively low dosages...
i would never use more than 500iu per shot (2-3 times a week max) anyway because it allegedly spikes estrogen up high and causes leydig cell apoptosis or desensitization

thanks for the replys , maybe I should of been clearer I am not looking to really restart my test production this is a 6 week detox I take once a year before going back on some form of test , Just with higher dose Hcg was looking for any folks who had taken that much Hcg per week before . Thanks again for the input

I take about 3-4 months off during the winter months and run around 3000iu/week. Feel great. Look good. Weight and power levels drop a little over just running trt doses but not by much.

I Know Swale Use to always preach you never want more then 1000iu per dose.
Any remember him? He was a real life HRT doc that use to be on the forums.

not saying he is rite or its the only way. That info is pretty dated.
But it always stuck with me' as a general rule.

I was prescribed high dose hcg by my fertility doctor .10,000 iu's /week broken down into 3 shots/week.i stayed at that dose for about 2 months and it became very expensive so I lowered the dose myself to 5000ius/week .i stayed on this regimen for about a year until my wife got pregnant.i also self administers arimidex 3 times a week to keep estrogen low.i lost a decent amount of size during this time but I felt pretty good on hcg but to be honest I felt and looked better on 250mg test/week

Wouldn't that be because 250 mg is two and a half times the clinical dose of T, which is usually 100 mg per week and that the HCG was meant for fertility and normal range T? (Serious question. Not trying to be wiseass.)

I was on TRT for thirteen years before this. Never took T above medicinal doses and always under supervision of this doc, strictly for idiopathic hypogonadism. I have been on this for a little over three months with absolutely no ill effects. New blood values will be taken at my next visit tomorrow, and this is for fertility. So who knows how long I will be on. A year perhaps.

My estradiol was normal after a month of taking this, in the 20's actually.

My doc has given up to 5000 IU every other day for some guys with no ill effects.

Oh definitely , I was just comparing the way I felt with the hcg to the test .my comparison was a high dose hcg to a moderate dose of testosterone .i think you are missing the point .
