Two of the leading minds in endocrinology and neurology come together to discuss the effects of lifestyle and stress on chronic disease and Alzheimer’s. This is a highly informative discussion that anyone can learn from. If your focus is longevity then this is worth the 40 minute investment. There is a lot of talk about stress and managing stress on this board. How stress leads to poor choices, a worsened physique and ultimately a decline in longevity and health. Take the time and learn a little instead of posting another thread about your health issues when it’s already too late . Love you all

I found that interesting also. I like how he mentioned some supps that help with seratonin as well. Interesting to hear these things from drs who are later in their careers, Shows they never stop learning.

you know im super big on serotonin sups.

also, they mention lack of tryptophan in foods.

for years i ate soo many pounds of chicken each week, i notice with less chicken i rely more on sups or at least they seem to have better "feel". who knows, just made me think. i went crazy with chx for a while, literally 4lbs ed for years.

after that enter sero sups! lol

the cortistol thing, my entire life of crazyness has always had that self amping, like working myself into a frenzied rage, cortistol mother fucker!

n you see me with all these systemic issue....:lightbulb:

(in reverse now! )

in my experience the docs i have always gotten along great with in person and had hrs of great convo all where very old 80s and usually some sort of expert. these are the ones who have had the time n experience to see this shit.

the noobs... they just learning, n what are they learning...

the old guys here tell you!

drug company propaganda!

have a friend whos dad is world expert on human genome...
hoping to hang out with them sometime this summer.

It’s funny you say that, my favorite doctor to work with is this older guy close to 80.. from Panama. I watched him diagnosis Aortic stenosis with a stethoscope..
The man has clinical skills that are astonishing.

I’m likely going to try and add some sero supps and see if they benefit me
