Hit a vein/lump

I wanted to try a new injection site, so I went into my thigh this morning. All was going well. I aspirated, drew some blood so I pulled out. While doing so, my thigh tensed, bent the needle. So I drew a new shot, moved over slightly and no problems. I noticed after giving myself the second shot, what resembles a really big ass mosquito bite has now appeared. No black and blue or anything, just a seriously raised area of skin. Lumpy. Any suggestions? Should I worry?

I've had the same problem , you went through a vein and its clotted up. Normal, and nothing to worry about. Also since you bent the needle in your leg you probably will bruise, try being a little more gentle bro.

you should be fine bro.. its probably just a little tissue trama. you have NEVER injected there RIGHT? since you said you had NOT, i would imagine its just a little tissue trama.. nothing to worry about.. might wanna keep your eye on it just in case...

One of those things, I was sitting on the dock of the bay, I mean the edge of my bed with my leg hanging off the edge, yes, I am a shortie, and all was well until my foot touched the floor. That's when my thigh tensed up. It's a really weird feeling, the very last few centimeters the fucking needle is kinda giving me shit about going in. I tend to get a little nervous as I am turning myself into a human pin cushion with this suspension, so I need more spots to hit. Thigh seems easy enough, at least I can use two hands you know. Thanks for the support. The bruise, welt is going down already. When I get home I will ice it up a bit.
