home made GEAR

I have been thinking about making my own Gear. Can anyone guide me in the right direction. like oil to use Cotton,safflower,sesame Oil..? Do you buy the filtered oil or the un-filtered oil. How much Benzyl Benzoate to use..? and how much powder to use...?
What else do you need:
Vials,
stoppers,
seals,
Crimper gun,
scale-weigh.
beakers / flask
Clean lab / or place
