Just curious if you all are using any kind of App for this. I've been trying the myFitnessPal app. I just use it to track my intake the goals are pretty ridiculous for bodybuilding but being able to scan the barcode on ezikial bread and hit enter is easy enough.

Is anyone using anything better?

myfitnesspal is EASY. why would you look for something easier to track? the data base has just about everything edible already uploaded. from a 1oz shot of booze to a 45oz steak and everything in between.
 
I have been using excel for years. It's very easy. Accurate. You just need to build a small database of the food you eat. Add new foods as you stumble upon good findings.

Used to use MyPlate. Started using MyFitnessPal recently. Both pretty easy.

MFP for everyday use, set a goal amount of calories a day and I don't worry if I go over the recommended protein etc.
 
lol I love it when my protein goes in the red. Sounds like a lot of you are doing the same thing. I just wanted make sure I want missing out on any awesome BB app. Thanks for all replies.
