how can I get rid of my moobs?

Hi guys, it's awful. I was with the lads today and it's seriously embarassing and totally down putting. and it's time to do something about it. Iv'e been out of training for half a year.

Due to being in and out of hospital so put quite alot of fat on.

I have a lot of muscle on me though, but also quite alot of fat, I want to trim up but most importantly how can I get rid of these man boobs!

All diet, there is no way to specificly target that area. The good news is that for most blokes its one of the early area's to improve with lower stomach and back fat being the last. That's a general rule, genetics dictate where your body loses fat first. Get to about 12% bodyfat and you won't have moobs, i promise you

put down the fork and do a cardio exercise you like 5 times a week for around 30mins. Have carbs on workout days (moderate) and try to limit yourself on rest days. Imo I tend to control my hunger (eat less) on the days I'm at work. Aim for at least 12 weeks of hard work although I think you'll need more than that. Go out on week-ends but eat whatever has good nutrients.
 
Join a gym... start working out get back into a routine!!! Stop eating junk! Cardio needs to be your best friend for several months till you reach where you would like to be....stay consistent
 
there is nothing much I can add other than what the other users have said.

I started from being obese too but just remember once you get down and lose the fat and gain muscle life gets a lot easier. Once you get fully into the routine and gain a good amount of muscle losing fat won't be as be of a problem as it is right now.

Try to read about nutrition on this forum...lots of good info on here, I promise you!
 
Search macro and micro nutrient counts,carb cycling and calorie deficit in regards to your basal metabolic rate specific to you.hope that helps.
