How can I take this winny??

Gonna get winny in a capsule form and wanna take 75mg daily for 6weeks with my cycle. The problem is that the caps are 50mg each. So should I just take 100mg one day and 50mg the next and repeat, or should I open a capusle and take half the power with a full pill and do the same the next day. Any advice? thanks

I would say if you are able to get into the powder, do the latter of what you said, if you think you can be careful enough with the powder!

yep, if you want you can do that but I doubt you'll get an accurate dose each day as some of the capsule is filled with a filler...50mg has always been adaquete for me anything higher and the sides become pretty unbearable.

agree, u dont want your levels of the substance flucuating like that....stay with 50 ed...........
