Hi, I'm new for those who didn't read my intro...Anyways I am competing in a b.b show in a few weeks.. This is my 4th show, but I am curious to see the ways that other people drop sodium and h2o... I am also curious to see how others carb load (good carbs and fat vs clean carbs)... I know this may be a long response, but I will appreciate any info you guys can provide!!Thanks
