I think it was around the 3 1/2 to 4 monthes in I just noticed I was a lot

I weigh 215 right now. But to give you a better idea of my experience, I competed at 195-198 last year but came down from a very d-bol bloated 245lbs! As stated previously, I've been off gear for a year now and shrunk down to a lean 200lbs. Started taking HGH in July and I've gained over 10 pounds since. I did put on a little fat as well because I've purposely increased my calories and junk food intake so i maximize my gains!
My goal is to get my strength back up to 90% of where it was when I was at my strongest, on grear. It's kinda good that I can't go "on" now because I get to see what HGH can do by itself. I'm on a modified Phil Hernon type of training and it's been working out great!
I've learned a lot from this sight, so hopefully my feedback will help all of you!
