Well i like a certain look thats all im saying , id rather not use GH and keep everything the way it is and just add muscle if you know what im saying.

Are you inferring that you are scared of GH gut or soemthing? I have heard GH gut is non-existent with low doses, but not sure

'cause your inching towards typeII diabetis.
Get off the insulin and go on metformin for a few months, then you'll be good as new and can get back on insulin.

GH gut is genetic. You have to have the predisposition for it.
I know plenty of people that have never touched GH in their lives and they have a 'gh gut' in competition shape, and then there's tons of people like me - I've used GH since '93 and I still have a 28" waist in shape at 5'11.

I sleep great at night and my skin does look great and "glow" but i hear about this thinning of skin and fat burning effect and well i have not seen any of it..

Phil you saw me 2 weeks ago how different do you think i looked? It must be all in the diet and i do eat very good and clean and calories are where they are suppose to be and the ratios are right..perhaps i need more of one then teh other ..Phil when i see you next we can adjust if we have to , i should look one way or the other...fatter or leaner

The sides like numbness and swolen hands/feet are also somwhat dose related. At 3-4iu its not likely, but that doesnt mean the gh isnt working. The desired effects can be so gradual and take awhile, as you need to do gh 6-12mo to achieve improvments. When you are well into it, you start to notice.
So actually it is hard to notice if its working at first except for the effects BigA mentions.
