How do YOU Lose the most weight?

What dosage are you using and any side affects?
For tirzepatide, i started at .5mg 4x a week ( Mon Wed Thurs Sun ) total of 2mg. After a few weeks I add another .5 mg to each shot but I found it easier to tolerate to spread the shots out instead of 1 large shot per week. Main side is fatigued, when i was doing 1 shot a week at just 2.5mg the fatigue/nausea by days 3-4 was extreme, eating anything was difficult. Smaller shots spread out and the nausea, GI issues and fatigue are present but far less severe, still can get uncomfortably bloated if i eat too fast. Tirz wears off fairly quickly, by days 5-7 it’s not even noticeable.
 
I divide getting very lean into few stages
1 cut carbs 20%
2 add cardio
3 lower carbs to 150
4 lower carbs to 100
5 keto
6 add primobolan - i am at this stage now this is me now at pic without primo , now it is gonna be funny

fasted LISS cardio + .2mg per kg Yohimbine HCL + 2g L-Tyrosine + 200mg Caffeine + 25mg Bronkaid. LISS is best due to its low impact and low demand on recovery...can tap into stubborn fat protocol cardio if needed

Don't forget the hgh, hgh frag. Clen, t3. Cardine. Potato skins ect
 
I don't use a lot of drugs for diet. Have a base of Test/Primo, run a calorie deficit weigh and count everything, up the cardio, maybe add in GW501516. You guys that are into being sub 8%year around, God love ya. Not somewhere I want to live at my stage in this.
Sadly Im the weirdo who wants to stay 10% year-round. At 46 it’s more more difficult. All I have to do is drop calories by 500 a day usually from carbs and I’ll lose 10 to 15 pounds in six weeks. Granted I’m no bodybuilder. But I do like to stay in shape for my job and the visual is an added bonus.. at my age, 5’10” 220lbs is better than most of the young guys at work. Sadly, I’ve now become a little more show and less go!!!! 😂😂😂. And these guys at work make jokes that I need 15 minutes on an elliptical before I can do anything.😂😂😂
 
I saw this question in a "natural" discord.
I'm curious what everyone here does...and lol we know we're not just doing a calorie deficit like they said as a natural.

For me it's jump rope, dnp, and fish and rice.
I've always wanted to try t3 but not sure about muscle loss. Clen makes me feel like garbage. Hgh is a no for me.
Zero carb 6 days a week-venison, chicken and broccoli with an hour fasted stepmill 6 days a week. GH and clen, haven’t tried DNP yet but am going to for sure, too many guys on here swear by it not to
 
I’m bad great success with Retarutide, 5IU gh, test/mast/winstrol

I pretty much do the same brother. No real need for me to add a lot of diet drugs to get where I want. Now if I was a competative BBer prepping I would definitely be hitting those pharma towards the end but I'm not. So I'm not knocking anyone here for their goals at all.

I'm sure I am being made fun of, but that is like the most harmless, but synergistic and effective fasted cardio supp protocol to really get fatty acids mobilized from more stubborn areas. I guess you could add L-carnitine too?

Unless you are one of those guys that can handle Yohimbine. It is a bit funny how some guys will be like I'm on like 10 PEDs high dosages but 2mg of Yohimbine make me want to die. The dose is .2mg per kg of body weight. Any less and it is not worth it, any more just causes more sides and no added benefit

Im one of those guys. Whats weird is early in my 20's, i could use yohimbine hcl and worked up to that .2mg dosage. It was rough.
I remember sweating and having chills on the stepmill just dyinggg. I still use hcl but i try to use the dosage right under what you "for sure can feel. I can handle 10-15mg but thats about it.
 
T4 based on bloodwork. Don’t touch T3 unless bloodwork warrants it- rarely it will.

Pharmaceutical clen. I’ve said this before- those who hate clen are probably using UGL. The dosing is extremely hard to nail when doing MCG for measurements. Most pharma companies spray coat the tablets for accuracy.

HGH should be a staple.

Cardio is extremely underrated IMO- I’m not talking about walking outside, but real cardio.

Keep your protein adequate and drop fats to trace and essential while slowly dropping carbs in a deficit and you’ll have no issue maximizing fat loss.

In terms of gear- low test mixed with Masteron and tren if you can tolerate it and your set to maintain as little tissue loss as possible.

Very interesting. So you'd lean toward pharma clen over low dose DNP? I'd think you'd get more from the DNP and less issues with the heart than the clen.

I agree on the GH and the incremental reduction in carbs. I don't, however, drop my fats real low, as I feel like keeping them in helps me to feel less hungry while cutting. I suppose I don't go nuts on fats, but you seem to eliminate them pretty much.

Over the course of cutting in a prep we slowly work them down. You can see my diet for most of this prep in my AMA thread. At this stage (3 weeks out) we are just using krill oil, trace fats and a little mac oil on off days.

On clen I personally prefer it over DNP as you shouldn’t even be able to tell you’re on it. That’s how smooth pharma is. Most guys also dive straight into too much. I’ll start at 20mcg and work up to 60-80mcg over the course of the prep or cut.

Taurine will protect the heart and cover those issues. I’ve posted some studies on here before around the subject. I’d aim for 2g of taurine per 20mcg of clen.

Don’t get me wrong, DNP is extremely effective. I just hate being hot all the time and clen works very well for me and is predictable in my opinion and has a few other benefits when cutting.

DNP is a finicky bitch. Sometimes it upsets your stomach. Sometimes it makes you hold massive amounts of water. If your at a friends house and they are one of those psychos that keep the thermostat at 76-77* your gonna have soggy underwear by the time you leave.

But it is pretty wild how much fat it can pull off in a span of 10-14 days
