How do YOU Lose the most weight?

DNP is a finicky bitch. Sometimes it upsets your stomach. Sometimes it makes you hold massive amounts of water. If your at a friends house and they are one of those psychos that keep the thermostat at 76-77* your gonna have soggy underwear by the time you leave.

I've only run clen once and it was crappy research chem stuff. As I've responded well to low dose DNP, I really haven't given clen another look. I probably should. But now that it's summer, I don't blame anyone from wanting to avoid the DNP swamp ass malaise. And DNP does flatten me out a good bit, albeit for a relatively short time.
 
I'm an advocate of turning one knob at a time when cutting. For example, I'll first drop all high glycemic carbs and not eat after a certain time of day. Make slow progress until I plateau, and then draw back more carbs during the day, and up my LISS a bit. Rinse and repeat. And then I'll hold phentermine or DNP or ECT back in reserve in case I stall out and need a kick in the pants.

If you throw the entire kitchen sink at it at the very beginning, you've got nowhere else to go once you stall. Slow and steady wins the race. Just like good BBQ.

I agree 100 here. Not only do you have no where to go, but you don't know what variables are working / not.
 
I like to do 20 mins fasted HITT cardio in the morning (running) into fasted training, 20-40 mins LISS cardio at night

50-200g carbs/day
300g protein
moderate fats

6iu gh, low test, moderate tren, high mast, rotate between tirz and semaglutide for appetite suppression.

When progress stalls ill drop the carbs/fats more, then from there i'll start upping my LISS cardio, or add another LISS session

Other than that just time and consistency. Nothing overly complicated. Carb refuel days as needed when i start getting flat and stringy or dropping weight too fast to get glycogen back into the muscle (also something with this affecting leptin levels)

PSMF, DNP, clen, modafinil (kills my hunger), and shit loads of cardio daily + lifting heavy 3-4x/week.

Sipping whey protein isolate (the watery fruit flavor varieties, not the milky ones) is a huge unlock I discovered recently. I can throw 4 scoops of isolate (~80-100g protein) into a big jug with ice around breakfast time and sip it through lunch without getting hungry once. It’ll be 5 pm and I’ll only have ingested maybe 4-500 cals.
Ordered some after reading this post. Might throw a few scoops in a gallon of water and just drink it throughout my workout. I didn't even know they had juice proteins. Thanks for sharing
 
I'm sure I am being made fun of, but that is like the most harmless, but synergistic and effective fasted cardio supp protocol to really get fatty acids mobilized from more stubborn areas. I guess you could add L-carnitine too?

Unless you are one of those guys that can handle Yohimbine. It is a bit funny how some guys will be like I'm on like 10 PEDs high dosages but 2mg of Yohimbine make me want to die. The dose is .2mg per kg of body weight. Any less and it is not worth it, any more just causes more sides and no added benefit

I think many guys including me will get good results at dosages under .2mg per kg of body weight. More me that would be 22mg. I think that's overkill. I top out at 15mg on the high end and will start getting results when I start with 2.5mg and titrate up 2.5mg every week or 2.

Same here, always trying to save extra tricks in the bag for stalling periods as needed (AAS, thermos, etc), or for the very end. I even did it this way for gaining size.
 
Sadly Im the weirdo who wants to stay 10% year-round. At 46 it’s more more difficult. All I have to do is drop calories by 500 a day usually from carbs and I’ll lose 10 to 15 pounds in six weeks. Granted I’m no bodybuilder. But I do like to stay in shape for my job and the visual is an added bonus.. at my age, 5’10” 220lbs is better than most of the young guys at work. Sadly, I’ve now become a little more show and less go!!!! 😂😂😂. And these guys at work make jokes that I need 15 minutes on an elliptical before I can do anything.😂😂😂

I feel this is the antidote for many aches and pains for me. A little cardio before any weight training and I can go injury free much longer than without.

Back in the day a little yohimbine would make me feel horrible (fasted) and bar shit crazy until I ate...then I felt normal. Started using it again about a year ago...worked my way up from 2.5 to 22.5 at 180 and no issues. No idea what the difference is why I tolerate it now. Only thing I can think is I used to use caffeine tabs and bronkaid with it. Now I drink a "0 calorie" energy drink with it and a bronkaid. I'm thinking there's probably a few cals in the drink which negate the mental effects and overall effect of the y aka I'm not actually fasted so it doesn't fuck me up. Or the large before bed meal I eat is still digesting 8 hours later (1k calorie meal). Or...maybe the shit isn't as strong...I used primaforce then and now too.
 
Even if someone is fat I would never have them thinking they need to lose as much weight as fast as possible. The only instance I think that should be done is if someone is really fat and they enter a weightloss/transformation contest. Obviously in that event things would be pushed so calories reduced fairly quickly and lot's of fat burners would be added. I wouldn't recommend such fast weight loss in any other instance.

Now sure sometimes guys have something booked and they fucked about so they need to lose fat fast in that event you would do something like PSMF with DNP and something for energy and if they can't control their cravings something for appetite. Every situation/person is different but for most people I would be choosing from the likes of DNP, Semaglutide/Tirzepatide, ECA, Nicotine and Green Tea Extract. Even in this instance I would keep protein high so calories wouldn't be extremely low but activity would be high and fat would melt off.

For me personally I like to reduce things gradually. I usually have protein/greens/fats through the day and around training I have most of my carbs. I don't usually go very low carbs unless it's the final 1-2 weeks when sometimes I lower carbs and food volume to shrink my waist fast.

When you used it back in the day....was it standardized, or the non-standardized yohimbe bark?
 
4mg yohimbine 2x a day I don't feel much difference if at all

Never felt the need to go higher then that
 
Might as well be juicy fruit lol. I put 2 6mg citrus zyn in at a time

Haha fuck that.

I chew 4mg gum and will do multiple but those zyn don't sit with me well
