I've read a lot lately about how low carb diets increase insulting sensitivity an how you can jump on a high carb high calorie diet after and it will turn I to muscle very efficiently.
My question is how long do you have to diet to get to this level of sensitivity. And how long of a window do you have before sensitivity drops?
