how long can u run igf1 w/ hgh?

HGH will raise your endo igf levels at higher doses. IGF itslef will hinder GH's effect. Pick one or the other, cycle them apart.

i use gh and igflr3 with good results i just shoot my gh am and my igf PW about 14 hours apart from each other so i think it works fine that way you just dont wanna use them close to each other because the igf and hgh basically do same thing raise IGF levels

IGF-1 has significant receptor downregulation that happens pretty quickly so I would suggest taking breaks with the IGF-1. HGH you can keep running. Just go 4 on 4 off with the IGF-1 or something similar.

I do my hgh and igf 2 days on and 2 days off. I take one for 2 days and then the other on the other 2 days. Been working great. Also take slin on only the gh days.

There is no magic number. If this would work better for you I would say try it. In my opinion Lr3 is a waste of money. Use the money you spend on the Lr3 and buy more gh. Thats my opinion not me telling you what to do.

I feel I got better results when I took hgh or igf by themselves. When I did the gavin kane blast protocol and used both together, i was not impressed. I think the igf negatively impacts the results of the hgh. I believe DAT said igf destroys hgh. He was correct from what I experienced.

but how much igf would destroy gh ? 30mcg and 4mcg localy is very different. instead of just blasting gh and igf in higher doses could more gains be seen by running the small amounts of igf localy maybe for a lagging muscle group and running a high enough level of gh for posotive effects?

i have an old md magazine from a couple years ago where palumbo recomended running gh, igf, t-3 and clen at the same time, but maybe this is outdated by now.
