How Many Carbs

Please check out the beginner section as well as the search feature there is A LOT of good info already posted on this subject. I think for the majority of experienced members here this will vary all over the place day to day based on many factors.
 
Between 100g and 400g depending on the day. Like Dave_19 said, there are way too many variables here to take into consideration.

I am always learning and farily new to the game. The bigges thing I have learned lately is your body is a moving target. Don't get set on a certain amount of carbs and plan to stick to it.

I have ate between 150g to 800g. Just depends on my daily activity, training style, weight, length of cardio, etc.

This must be why Tenny is a huge beast :D
600-700 is a big carb load for me. I normally get no more then 100g/day. I am carb pussy though. they bloat me up.

i get 200 or so from my first meal dieting usually

that is also the high side

low side is around 300 minimum
