I am always learning and farily new to the game. The bigges thing I have learned lately is your body is a moving target. Don't get set on a certain amount of carbs and plan to stick to it.
I have ate between 150g to 800g. Just depends on my daily activity, training style, weight, length of cardio, etc.
This must be why Tenny is a huge beast
600-700 is a big carb load for me. I normally get no more then 100g/day. I am carb pussy though. they bloat me up.
