How many i/u's do you take preworkout?

how many i/u's do you take when you take preworkout?I do 10 and i use humalin-r.I was wondering how long does humalin-r take to kick in if you shoot it IM.I take it 15 min. before i workout.

Usually 3-5ius....i would shoot it sub q pre workout...seems to have a "softer" peak than IM (in my experince)...humulin r I'd use 30-45 min pre wo sub q....or humalog 15 to 5 Mins sub q pre wo

do you guys still take post workout as well? wouldn't you have to eat the whole time you workout to keep from passing out? Just asking cuz im bout to start post workout and never heard of pre-workout

No i wouldnt take post if you are doing it pre.It active for 4 hours if it HUM-R.I thought that it should be shot longer then 15 min. pre so ill start that now.I take a post workout drink as i workout .
