just wondering for future reference ;) i know some people are gonna say, HE IS A JUNKIE/MORON and so on but i just want to hear from people who've done it and how were the results,well i guess you can't go wrong with 2+ gs a week but could you keep any of the mass on you?
 
Most people can go WAY wrong with 2+ grams a week. Highly suppressive of HPT axis, and a hell of a chore to try and work PCT in order to restore function, avoid bad sides, and retain gains.

Remember that Borreson's (and ALR's) protocols like this were (are) designed for advanced, elite-level athletes. That rules out 98%+ of people on muscle boards. If yuo're competing at the national or pro levels, AND have the genetics, AND either the education or coaching to really understand how to run these things and what to do if there's trouble, that's one thing. But if yuo're asking questions on muscle boards, then this isn't yuo, and ideas like this aren't for yuo.

That comment wasn't directed at yuo personally, J-hoe, but anyone reading this who doesn't fit the above description.
 
yeah Dad i'm definatly not gonna jump into that amount of stuff,i gained 18lbs just off of 400 a week,not only that, i could never afford a cycle that hefty right now,i can't even afford a friggen kit of LBAs of phil! :( has anyone ever tried this though? i kind of believe what PB sais,everything happens it spurts,i don't really buy the 16-20 weeks your body gets use to the new mass and makes it more permanent because as soon as they go off they drop like 20 pounds

Yuo illustrate what I've been trying to get through to guys forever it seems - yuo gained 18 lbs on 400 mg. A GREAT gain from a VERY reasonable dose level!

Now, yuor PCT is what's going to determine how much of that yuo keep, but nice going so far!
 
i have gone as high as 3gm's a week and all it did was make me a sweaty monster. Strength went up but i was very thermogenic and was eating more than i ever had just to keep my weight on. When i finally did go off it was difficult but i did manage to keep most of my strength gains and size.

Over 1gm is overkill imo and i would only do it again in order to reap the strength benefits for brief periods.
