Most people can go WAY wrong with 2+ grams a week. Highly suppressive of HPT axis, and a hell of a chore to try and work PCT in order to restore function, avoid bad sides, and retain gains.
Remember that Borreson's (and ALR's) protocols like this were (are) designed for advanced, elite-level athletes. That rules out 98%+ of people on muscle boards. If yuo're competing at the national or pro levels, AND have the genetics, AND either the education or coaching to really understand how to run these things and what to do if there's trouble, that's one thing. But if yuo're asking questions on muscle boards, then this isn't yuo, and ideas like this aren't for yuo.
