What most people are saying. It really depends on which style of training you are doing. What your goals are in your training. If your working with lighter weights or heavier. Etc...etc.. Just remember to change it up occasionally. If you want post your current routine and some stats and we can look at it and give our opinion about whether we think your overtraining or not. But even that is all hear say, as we don't know what supps your on if any, how much rest you are getting, how fast you as an individual recover, or how hard your going at it when your training, Too many variables, to just pick a number. There are general guide lines that we can throw at you. But give us a little more info on your style of training and goals.
