How soon to notice GH results

How soon typically at 4 iu a day should you start noticing results from GH? Also how long till i should get joint stiffness from using it?

I was at 2 ius a day and got swollen hands after 3 weeks. Went to my HR Dr. and he gave me diuretics and told me to lower to 1 iu. Now at 1 iu for 4 weeks and feeling great

After about 2 weeks with 4iu of blue tops I'm noticing some fat loss and a little faster recovery. No sides yet.

It also depends on how old you are, I am 46 and now days it takes me about 2 weeks at 3 IU a day, 10 years ago at 2 IU I could feel the difference in 4 or 5 days.

i am using blue tops at 4iu a day and it has been over a week and yet to feel any stiffness in my hand or anything. the first thing i usually notice is i sleep like a rock but i usually use serostim and this is the first time i have used blue tops and havent noticed jack yet. i get it from a repuable source where i get the rest of my stuff and doubt it is fake. do blue tops take longer to work or what?

Im using green tops and got numbness in hands and feet the 2nd day at only 3ius/day this is my first time with GH so I might be sensitive to it still. My hands are ice cold at night.

what do you guys consider sides? numb hands? Typically how long (as far as time) does that last for you? any other sides? I have been running GH for a while - US as well as chinese and really haven't noticed those "sides" as people call them.. I do tend to get numb feet though.. and I know my gear is good.. as far as IU's typically 4 serostim a day and another 4 iu blue tops for good measure.
