How to aviod one major problem from A.S

I have a 20 bulk cycle coming up in 6weeks and it will
be fina/test/a-50s/winnie. The only problem is that last time I did a cycle like that I got so strong but my tendons could not keep up with the new weight and it caused alot of pain. I was told that HGH could help out alittle but even if do ad HGH it could only be like 2 I.Us. and input?
 
HGH will help but I would think the min to benefit you would be at least 4ius. I also think stretching alot and not training as frequently each body part at least 6-7 days between each should help also. MM
 
I can't comment on HGH helping with your problem. All I can really recommend is, as you get unbelievably strong, instead of going super heavy quicker (which is one of the best feelings in the world), aim for an increasing rep range with a weight just slightly heavier than you could use before. When you can do sets of like 8 with your previous 1rm, then add more. I know this isn't as fun, but it's one optional solution, and you have a better chance of keeping a higher percent of strength gain after the cycle.
