How to avoid injuries?

My muscles are super super stiff. Whats the best way to make them less stiff?
Everytime I am on, my strength increases and then I get injured even though I use good form with slow controlled reps.
I just feel like my muscle is shorter than my limbs almost.

Is there a website with a stretch for every single muscle group?

Stretching too intensively can actually set you up for injury.... so be careful, don't think that it's 100% of the answer.

I used to cramp and tighten up quite a bit when training intensively with my thai boxing. I recently did a period of about two months where i put just about nothing into my body which would acidify the blood (obviously no tobacco, alcohol, caffeine as well as other less obvious things).

Blood acidity can be responsible for muscle cramps and muscle soreness. Prolonged periods of high blood acidity can lead to ill health as it reduces the oxygen saturation level of the blood.

I found that cutting out all acidifying substances greatly reduced the frequency i got cramps, even though i was stretching less! I'm sure you will be amazed beyond all expectations what this can do for you if you are to try it.

Some stretching on top of this (after the body is well warmed up either from a shower or cardio) and deep tissue massage can also be utilised.

Hope this helps.

Google in PNF stretching. Eastern Bloc countries called this Isometric Stretching.

Should help yuo to get much better range of motion around joints (stretching is actually training the nervous system, NOT stretching muscles, tendons, or ligaments), AND gain strength in a stretched position.
