i accidently found this website very interesting yesterday while surfing the net. Wow i didn't know ppl in here are so knowledgable and i believe you guys will have the key to my answer
here is my problem: i never can gain weigh it looks like it is imposible for me to gain 15-20lbs. I have already tried a lot of different product for months (creatine, whey protein, muscle milk, megamass...). One trainer at the gym told me that my metabolism is so high and i do believe so. if i drink alot of those protein, i sh**t out alot. It seems like i can't filter any of those. I eat 4 times aday breakfast/noon/snack @5pm and dinner @10pm after gym....sleep 8hrs/day 12-8am. I'm 5'4 and 110 lbs i'd like to gain at least 15-20lbs is that possible ?
