how to get diet regimen from a pro

Hey Folks,

Just wanted to ask if anybody knows how i can get a diet regimen from a ifbb pro . I checked Milos website but he is charging to much i could also get it from Darem Charles but he is charging me for training and diet (to much)
I dont mind paying but does anybody know anyone else?

Just so you know most pro's don't do their own diets. They have coaches and trainers to set everything up for them. Not all, but a lot do. It has become common practice for pro's to work with a coach when prepping for a show. There are some great names in the biz working with guys right now: Chad, Milos, Haney, Magnum, DC, Phil, and of course me. Only 2 guys on that list were pro's but that doesn't mean they don't know what they are doing.

Hire Gavin IMO. He was not a Pro, but was Almost Pro. Sorry had to put that in, I dont know what he charges but if you read some of his posts you will see it will be money well spent.

THe problem with getting the diet of a pro (or anyone else for that matter) is that you make the assumption that your genetics are like that pro's.

Unless your genetics are identical, AND you are using the same training and drug regimen they are, you can be sure of one thing - it won't work for you like it does for them.
