I knew what it meant when I first read the OP's post, but I clearly saw most here didn't get the real meaning of it.

Most bitches don't label their "fuck buddies" as "fuck boy," they'll usually store them with a made up female name or something of the sort.

I don't think it's abnormal and I don't believe everything has to come out of just having someine in your phone. kinda of like having 1000k of fb friends or instagram followers.
