im looking to change up my routine a bit and have been reading alot about both of these routines. my goals are maximum weight and strength gains. has anyone here had experience with these and if so which one do you guys reccomend?

i like max ot, but with the low reps all the time its hard to put on size i think. more for strength. but if u come from high rep training it will be a good switch.

i have not done the hst or DC, it is just too many bodyparts in a day for me. it is hard for me to do that.

u could also look into a west side routine, but of the 2, i liked max ot.
