I used both Humanaforte and Eckdykito (sp?) direct from Emeric for several months with what I thought to be good results. For me the most notable effect was the ability to get some quality sleep. Granted, these bottles came to me free and due to the fact that I am a cheap bastard once they were gone they were not replaced.
