I Am Back

Hey guys! Hope all are big as Godzilla and cut like a race horse!
Its been 16 weeks of recovery from Cervical Spinal Fusion for me.
Just finished my 3rd workout and I am week, sore and small. Guys like Big A, Xcelbeyond, Phil H., Big Kiwi, and Preist have always been good to share information with. THANK YOU! Looking foward to reading, posting and my next freakin cycle!!!!!
