Ok I'm eating very strict right now, I just made this shake with every thing I would WANT to put it in, but couldn't eat because of my diet, I tried a sip its awesome! Its definitely for a cheat meal though.
Mix the following in a blender or Magic bullet in my case
-6 ice cubes
-1 scoop chocolate whey
-2 LARGE TBSP of PB
-1 whole small/medium banana
-1-TBSP of cocoa extract
-1 Squirt of Honey
-2 strawberries
-1 cup of vanilla yogurt, with a bit of Strawberry Yogurt
-8oz of 2% milk
Man is this stuff goooooood! I gave it to my non lifting buddy, (most of them hate stuff like bars and shakes I've notice) He thought it was incredible, give it a try, let me know if you make it.
